Department. The Department, within a reasonable time, will inform the Authority as to whether <br /> the subject employee is acceptable for employment. Further, the subject employee shall undergo <br /> drug testing pursuant to the Authoritys program, policies and procedures, the results of which <br /> must be satisfactory in order for such employees to be hired. The City shall have the authority to <br /> request reassignment of any employee and the Authority shall agree to any such request. <br /> 5. Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on June 2, 2014 and end on June <br /> 30, 2015. The Agreement may be terminated without renewal or revised as to such other terms <br /> upon which the parties agree. Any changes in the terms of the Agreement must be in writing and <br /> signed by both parties. <br /> 6. Termination. The City or the Authority may terminate this Agreement upon thirty <br /> (30) days prior written notice to the other party at any time without regard to the term. <br /> 7. Compensation. <br /> A. The City shall pay to the Authority for the performance of all duties of the <br /> Authority described herein, the following amounts on the first day of each <br /> month listed below: <br /> (1) From June 2, 2014 through October 31, 2014, the sum of <br /> $12,369.72 per month; <br /> (2) From November 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, the sum of <br /> $13,946.85 per month; and <br /> (3) Beginning January 1, 2015 through the end of the term of the <br /> Agreement, the sum of$14,678.42 per month. <br /> B. If additional work is required other than that described in Exhibit A at <br /> any City facility, then the City shall pay to the Authority Twenty-Five <br /> Dollars ($25.00) per hour (plus mileage at the rate paid by the City) for <br /> each worker required to perform such work. Mileage is limited to no <br /> more than fifteen (15) miles total per person per trip. The amount <br /> payable shall be added to the next monthly billing delivered to the City. <br /> 8. Change in Work. During the term of the Agreement, if the City desires to have <br /> additional work performed under the terms of this Agreement, or if the City or the Authority <br /> recommends changes in the terms of this Agreement, then, if the other party agrees, this <br /> Agreement shall be modified in writing and the compensation described in paragraph 7 hereof <br /> will be adjusted accordingly. <br /> 9. Insurance. The City and Authority have heretofore entered into an Agreement <br /> pertaining to self-insurance and purchase of various types of insurance coverages, including, but <br />
