Department. The Department, within a reasonable time, will inform the Authority as to whether the subject employee is acceptable for employment. Further, the subject employee shall undergo drug testing pursuant to the Authoritys program, policies and procedures, the results of which must be satisfactory in order for such employees to be hired. The City shall have the authority to request reassignment of any employee and the Authority shall agree to any such request. 5. Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on June 2, 2014 and end on June 30, 2015. The Agreement may be terminated without renewal or revised as to such other terms upon which the parties agree. Any changes in the terms of the Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. 6. Termination. The City or the Authority may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party at any time without regard to the term. 7. Compensation. A. The City shall pay to the Authority for the performance of all duties of the Authority described herein, the following amounts on the first day of each month listed below: (1) From June 2, 2014 through October 31, 2014, the sum of $12,369.72 per month; (2) From November 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, the sum of $13,946.85 per month; and (3) Beginning January 1, 2015 through the end of the term of the Agreement, the sum of$14,678.42 per month. B. If additional work is required other than that described in Exhibit A at any City facility, then the City shall pay to the Authority Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per hour (plus mileage at the rate paid by the City) for each worker required to perform such work. Mileage is limited to no more than fifteen (15) miles total per person per trip. The amount payable shall be added to the next monthly billing delivered to the City. 8. Change in Work. During the term of the Agreement, if the City desires to have additional work performed under the terms of this Agreement, or if the City or the Authority recommends changes in the terms of this Agreement, then, if the other party agrees, this Agreement shall be modified in writing and the compensation described in paragraph 7 hereof will be adjusted accordingly. 9.
