The City will not be held responsible for any delays due to the City having to have parked vehicles moved. The Contractor shall furnish the Engineer with suitable hardwood quality lath for the installation of temporary ' "No Parking"signs. Basis of Payment: All labor and materials necessary to comply with this special provision will not be paid for separately but will be included with the related work items. SP-6 CLASS B PATCHES ' Description: The asphalt surface on Grand Avenue between Sta. 200+00 and 208+68 will be milled off completely before any Class B patches are done on Grand Avenue. Once the surface is milled, the engineer will perform an inspection to determine if any patches will need to be added to the project. Unless directed by the engineer, class B patches listed under MacArthur Avenue in the Class B Patches Schedule shall not be started until all patches on Grand Avenue are completed. ' Basis of Payment: All labor and materials necessary to complete this work will be paid for at the contract unit price per SQUARE YARD for CLASS B PATCHES, 12 INCH SP-7 CLASS D PATCHES ' Description: Unless directed by the engineer, all Class D patches must be completed only after all other work has been completed with the exception of CRACK FILLING. Basis of Payment: All labor and materials necessary to complete this work will be paid for at the contract unit price per SQUARE YARD for CLASS D PATCHES, TYPE II, TYPE III, AND TYPE IV, 5 INCH.
