The following subsections of this Article are rewritten or added as <br /> follows: <br /> Rewrite: <br /> (c) Per SQUARE YARD for PULVERIZE SHAPE AND COMPACT for pulverizing <br /> and tilling the existing street surface and its base material to the required depth and <br /> then compacting prior to the removal of excess material. <br /> (d) Per TON for AGGREGATE BASE COURSE, SPECIAL for the replacement of <br /> unstable or unsuitable subsoil or material. <br /> ' (e) Per EACH for VALVE BOX ADJUSTMENT and MANHOLE ADJUSTMENT <br /> for the adjustment and protection of the various utilities. No payment will be made <br /> ' for temporary adjustments to valve boxes and manholes. <br /> Add: <br /> (f) Per SQUARE YARD for SHAPING AND GRADING ROADWAY for cold <br /> milling of the completed soil-cement to level the base prior to paving and disposing <br /> of the milled material. <br /> (g) Per LUMP SUM for SOIL-CEMENT MIX DESIGN AND FIELD TESTING for <br /> ' the collection of field samples; the preparation of soil-cement mix designs; and <br /> quality control testing through construction of the soil-cement base courses for this <br /> project. <br /> (h) Per LUMP SUM for FINAL PROJECT REPORT for the preparation of the final <br /> project report with material data, testing results and mix designs for the <br /> construction of all base courses for this project. <br />
