Pricing <br /> (Statement) <br /> In consideration of the rights and privileges granted under the Agreement, the Contractor shall pay to the City each <br /> month an amount equal to 12.5 percent of net sales (gross sales less sales tax) of all items sold. This percentage will <br /> be for the full five-year contract period. <br /> The amount of the ensuing contract shall be based on a percentage (12.5%) of sales revenue. The amount of net <br /> sales may vary with the location of the machines, the type of machine, and the type of item sold. The net sales may <br /> vary by month, by year, over the five (5) year period of the contract. <br />
