RESOLUTION NO. 82014-61 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF MACON, ILLINOIS, FOR THE <br /> LOST BRIDGE ROAD GUARDRAIL REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-04 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and the County of Macon, Illinois, for certain costs related to the Lost Bridge <br /> Road Guardrail Replacement project for an amount not to exceed $20,000.00, presented to the <br /> Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
