INTERGOVERNMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR AND MACON COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION H-1894-6-14 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> 5. This agreement shall be in full force and effect upon its approval by the City of <br /> Decatur, and the Macon County Board and shall inure to the benefit of the City of <br /> Decatur, its successors and assigns, and Macon County boards until the <br /> installation of guardrail on Lost Bridge Road is completed and all related costs <br /> therefore are paid or the project is cancelled. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> the adoption thereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, AND APPROVED this 12th day of June 2014. <br /> AYES NAYS MACON COUNTY BOARD <br /> MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> ATTEST: By: <br /> Stephen M.
