EXHIBIT A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82014-50 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO LAKE SHORE DRIVE <br /> AND 22ND STREET (IL RTE 105) FROM OLD RTE 51 TO U.S. RTE 36 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-01 <br /> WHEREAS,the CITY OF DECATUR has entered into an AGREEMENT with the STATE <br /> OF ILLINOIS, for the improvement of FAP 712 (IL 105), Section 128RS RS-4, (48K) RS-2, City <br /> Section 14-00401-00-TL, from Old Rte 51 to U.S. Rte 36, which includes traffic signal upgrades, <br /> approach paving and curb ramps replacement within the CITY, and any other work necessary to <br /> complete the section. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That in compliance with the aforementioned AGREEMENT, it is necessary for <br /> the CITY of DECATUR to appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the cost of said <br /> improvement; <br /> Section 2. That the CITY OF DECATUR has appropriated the sum of One Hundred Five <br /> Thousand, Twenty Nine Dollars ($105,029.00)or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the <br /> allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds to the CITY OF DECATUR to pay its share of the cost of this <br /> improvement as provided in the AGREEMENT; and <br /> Section 3. That the CITY OF DECATUR agrees to pass a supplemental resolution to <br /> provide any necessary funds for its share of the cost of this improvement if the amount appropriated <br /> herein proves to be insufficient to cover said cost. <br /> Section 4.
