- 3 - <br /> 3. City shall not store in the Leased Premises any hazardous material or any items <br /> that would increase the Library's insurance expense. <br /> 4. Library agrees to prohibit access to the Leased Premises from its employees, <br /> agents, directors or patrons. <br /> G. ASSIGNMENT <br /> Neither party may assign its interest in this Lease Agreement without the prior written <br /> approval of the other party. <br /> H. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 1. The Leased Premises shall be available to the City during the hours when the <br /> Library is regularly open for business. <br /> 2. In addition, the City shall have access at all other times when reasonably <br /> requested. The Library shall provide to the City a contact for those occasions the City may <br /> require access outside of normal business hours. <br /> 3..
