RESOLUTION NO. 82014-23 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br /> 2014 ANNUAL WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT, <br /> SOUTH SIDE DRIVE /MEDIAL DRIVE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-10 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2014-10, 2014 <br /> Annual Water Main Replacement Project, South Side Drive/Medial Drive, and <br /> presented to the Council herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Entler Excavating Company, Inc., in the amount of <br /> $294,060.88 be, and it is hereby, accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
