RESOLUTION NO. R2014- 20 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING POLICE EVIDENCE LAB EQUIPMENT PURCHASE <br /> FOR NEW POLICE FACILITY ON SOUTH SIDE DRIVE <br /> DECATUR POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal presented to the City Council herewith with Sirchie <br /> Corporation for the purchase of Evidence Lab Equipment for, the Decatur Police Department be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said purchase order on behalf of the City of Decatur to Sirchie Corporation in <br /> an amount not to exceed $46,289.50. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2014. <br /> PAT CK S.
