AGREEMENT FOR SUB-CONSULTING WORK <br /> 1 DESCRIPTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement defines the terns of an agreement between <br /> the CONSULTANT, <br /> Chastain & Associates LLC, 5 North Country Club Road, Decatur, IL 62521 <br /> and the SUB-CONSULTANT, <br /> Massie Massie&Associates, Inc. (MMA), 1210 South 5th St., Springfield, IL 62703 <br /> for professional services toward Downtown Decatur Streetscape, Franklin Street Corridor <br /> described in the attached Scope of Services dated 2-13-2014 <br /> effective on the day of , 2014. <br /> 2 SCOPE AND SCHEDULE 5 PROJECT REPRESENTATIVES <br /> MMA will provide professional services The CONSULTANT and MMA shall <br /> as outlined on the attached Scope of Services.
