RESOLUTION NO. 82014-18 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR <br /> FEDERAL PARTICIPATION WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE <br /> FRANKLIN STREET STREETSCAPE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-25 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Joint Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and the State of Illinois for the utilization of$1,467,317 of Federal funds and <br /> $757,074 of City funds; said City funds to be paid partially from Motor Fuel Tax funds, the <br /> City's Bond fund and the City's General fund, for the construction, and construction engineering <br /> of the Franklin Street Streetscape Enhancement project, City Project 2010-25, Section 10-00025- <br /> 00-SW, be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Joint Agreement with the State of Illinois on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17`h day of March, 2014. <br /> Z , <br /> Patrick S.
