Constitution and statutes and the Decatur <br /> i <br /> Code of Ordinances. <br /> Study Session Agenda: <br /> Insofar as possible,all items of a major or controversial nature shall be:placed on <br /> A study session agenda prior to being placed on the City Council agenda. It shall <br /> be the responsibility of all Department Directors to consult with the City Manager <br /> before placing a questionable topic on the regular City Council agenda. <br /> Study Session Schedule: <br /> _ s <br /> It shall be the responsibility of the City Manager's office-to schedulea timely <br /> manner Council study session discussions following a regular meeting, as agenda j <br /> items warrant, or at the request of the Mayor and /or three (3) members of City ' <br /> Council. In the event a member of Council.requests an item be scheduled for <br /> study session, that request will be made at the next regular meeting of said <br /> Council with the concurrence of two additional members.
