ORDINANCE NO. 2014-56 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIC N - EAST HICKORY STREET AND NORTH CHARLES STREET - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on North Charles Street approaching East Hickory Street from.the north and sou h shall stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on East Hickory Street which have entered the inter ection of said street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, b it said driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe inter al occurs. Section 2. That the provisions of all Ordinances in conflict with the prov sions of this Ordinance which insofar as the same do conflict therewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed. n PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND CORDED this 17`h day Of Nove her, 2014.
