The SOUTH WHEATLAND FIRE PROTECTION DISI RICT objects to said annexations and the disconnection of the above-described real estate from its territory because such disconnection may cause the territory remaining in the District to be noncontiguous and that the loss of assessed valuation by reason of such disconnection will impair the ability of the District to render fully adequate fire protection services to the territory remaining within the District. WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully prays that the action of the City of Decatur, Illinois, in annexing the properties described herein be declared invalid as to the Petition and prays the Court to order that the said properties shall remainwithinthe SOUTH WHEATLAND FIRE.
