The Petitioner has made significant improvements to t is property and built a <br /> successful business. The Petitioner intends to purchase, improve, and rebrar d the Restaurant <br /> property in a similar manner to his existing business. The Petitioner believes tie ability to serve adult <br /> beverages to patrons of the Restaurant will be important to its long term succg600. A Rezoning of the <br /> property to B-2 is needed to allow the Liquor License. The Petitioner does no believe the rezoning <br /> will alter the essential character of the locality. The Petitioner plans to improv the property and <br /> operate a sustainable Restaurant business. <br /> I II <br /> SECTION FIVE: CERTIFICATION <br /> To be placed on the agenda of the regular meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 3:00 <br /> PM in the City Council Chambers, petition must be received on the first Thursday of the <br /> preceding month. Failure of the petitioner or the petitioner's representative to attend the Plan <br /> Commission hearing may result in items being tabled.
