2) pay actual damages, as reasonably determined by the Commission and supported by the <br /> evidence, for injury or loss suffered by the complainant; <br /> 3) hire, reinstate or upgrade the complainant with or without back-pay r provide such fringe <br /> benefits as the complainant may have been denied; <br /> 4) Admit or restore the complainant to labor organization membership, t a guidance program, <br /> apprenticeship training program, on the job training program, or other occupationa training or retraining <br /> program; <br /> 5) Admit the complainant to a public accommodation; <br /> 6) Extend to the complainant the full and equal enjoyment of the goo(s, services, facilities, <br /> privileges, advantages, or accommodations of the respondent; <br /> 7) Pay to the complainant all or a portion of the costs of maintaining the action, including <br /> reasonable attorney fees and expert witness fees incurred in maintaining th s action before the <br /> Commission and in any judicial review and judicial enforcement proceedings; <br /> 8) Report as to the manner of compliance; <br /> 9) Post notices in a conspicuous place which the Commission may pu lish or cause to be <br /> published setting forth requirements for compliance with this Chapter or other relev t information which <br /> the Commission determines necessary to explain this Chapter; <br /> 10) Take such action as may be necessary to make the individual complain nt whole, including, <br /> but not limited to, awards of interest on the complainant's actual damages and back pay from the date of <br /> the human rights violation; and, <br /> 11) In the case of a violation of Article 8 of this Chapter,pay to the City of ecatur a fine of not <br /> more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the first such offense, and not more than One Thousand <br /> Dollars ($1,000.00) for each subsequent offense.
