That Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, modified and amended so that said Chapter 34 as so modifie and amended shall <br /> provide as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part here f. <br /> Section 2.
