Exception: <br /> The City Construction and Housing Board of Appeals may grant a variance to the <br /> requirement (C above) if it is shown that due to circumstances beyond the etitioner's <br /> control locating the grease interceptor outside the building would be undu y burdensome <br /> and that no reasonable alternative exists. <br />
