(m) "Customer" means the owner of property located within the City of <br /> Decatur. <br /> (o) ""Developed Land means property that has been altered from its <br /> natural state by the addition of impervious areal equal to at least <br /> 0 <br /> one percent (1 /o) of the gross area. <br /> (r) "Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU)" means the a erage impervious <br /> area of residential property per dwelling unit loca ed within the City <br /> as periodically determined and established asl provided in this <br /> Chapter, currently determined by the City to be 00-0 square feet of <br /> impervious surface area. The number of Equivalent Residential <br /> Units (ERU) on each property shall be calculated by the Public <br /> Works Director or designee based on the m�st recent aerial <br /> photograph available to the City of Decatur and/or impervious <br /> surface data from an approved Site Plan for the property. <br /> (u) "ERU Rate" means that portion of the Stormwater Service Charge <br /> that is based on the amount of impervious area on a property. <br /> (z) "Gross Area" means the entire area of a parcel, including both the <br /> impervious and pervious areas. <br /> (dd) "Impervious surface" means any land cover that I prevents rain or <br /> melting snow from soaking into the ground, including but not limited <br /> to roofs (including overhangs), roads, sidewalks, patios, driveways, <br /> parking lots and swimming pools.
