(pxx) "Fill" means any act by which earth, sand, gravel, rock or my other <br /> material is deposited, placed, replaced, pushed, dumped pulled, <br /> transported, or moved to a new location and shall include the,resulting <br /> conditions. <br /> (qy) "Final stabilization" means that soil disturbing activities at the site <br /> have been completed and a uniform perennial vegetative cover with a <br /> density of, at least, 70 percent of the cover for unpaved areas and areas <br /> not covered by permanent structures has been established or equivalent <br /> stabilization measures (such as the use of riprap, gabions or g textiles) <br /> have been employed. <br /> z "Gross Area" means the entire area ofa parcel, including both the <br /> impervious and pervious areas. <br /> fgA) "Hot spot" or 'priority area" means an area where land use or <br /> activities generate highly contaminated runoff, with concentrations of <br /> pollutants in excess of those typically found in stormwater. <br /> (sbb) "Illicit connections" means illegal and/or unauthorized connc ctions to <br /> the <br /> municipal separate stormwater system whether or not such co ections <br /> result in discharges into that system. <br /> (tcb "Illicit discharge" means any discharge to the municipal separate <br /> storm sewer system that is not composed entirely of stormwate� and not <br /> specifically exempted in Section 23 of this Ordinance. <br />
