(add `Impervious surface" means any land cover that prevent$ rain or <br /> melting snow from soaking into the ground, such--aaincludin but not <br /> limited to roofs (including overhangs), roads, sidewalks, patios, <br /> driveways-ank parking lots.-and swimming pools. For purpo es of this <br /> Chapter, all road, driveway or parking surfaces includ' gravel <br /> surfaces; shall be considered; impervious, unless specifically idesigned <br /> to encourage infiltration and approved by the <br /> author-ityPublic Works Director. <br /> (vee) "Incident of Noncompliance" or "ION" means any violation of the <br /> stormwater pollution prevention plan observed during an inspection at a <br /> construction site. <br /> (ivff) "Land disturbing activity" means any land alterations or activities that <br /> may result in soil erosion, sedimentation, or change in runoff cluding <br /> but not limited to removal of ground cover, grading, excavating, and <br /> filling of land. <br /> (xgg) "Maintenance" means any activity necessary to keep a stormwater <br /> facility in good working order so as to function as designed. <br /> Maintenance shall include complete reconstruction of a stormwater <br /> facility if reconstruction is needed to restore the facility to it original <br /> operational design parameters. Maintenance shall also inc ude the <br /> correction of any problem on the site property that may directly impair <br /> the functions of the stormwater facility. <br />
