The subject site is currently undeveloped. The property is located at the Southwest corner of US <br /> Route 36 and Parkway Crossing Drive. The site was annexed into the City of Decatur in July <br /> 1971. <br /> 2. The B-2 PUD Commercial District Planned Unit Development was approv d by the City Council <br /> in May 2002. The B-2 PUD is part of a development agreement executed between the City of <br /> Decatur and Real Estate Investors of Decatur and is associated with the development of the <br /> Holiday Harbor Water Park. <br /> 3. The final plat of subdivision dividing the property into fifteen lots was approved by the City <br /> Council in August 2004. North Parkway Crossing Drive runs north-south through the subdivision <br /> connecting US Route 36 to West Main Street. <br /> 4. The original B-2 PUD was to include various commercial, office andmulti-family residential <br /> uses. In June of 2005 City Council approved Lots 13 and 14 to be developed as a Senior Living <br /> Facility. This facility is now in use and is commonly known as Victorian Woods. The State Bank <br /> of Niantic located on Lot Three (3) was approved to be developed as such in August of 2008 by <br /> the City Council. The last amendment was approved by the City Council in May of 2013 to allow <br /> for the construction of a larger storage shed for the Victorian Woods facility. <br />
