That Section 34 of Chapter 66 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified so that as so modified said Section 34 of Chapter 66 shall provide as follows: 34. APPLICATION FOR BLINDS AND PITS. That Section 47.(1) of Chapter 66 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified so that as so modified said Section 47.(1) of Chapter 66 shall provide as follows: 47.
