In Shore Line Zones 1 and 2 the minimum front foot charge is for twelve feet of shore line; <br /> and, if the application is for an initial permit, not a renewal, a fee of: <br /> Effective: March 1, 2014 March 1, 2015 March 1, 2016 <br /> Initial permit $44.00 $46.00 $48.50 <br /> shall accompany payment of the annual fee. In Shore Line Zone 3, if a pier or(lock, or the <br /> adjacent real property permitted as the physical location of the pier or dock, is not inside the <br /> corporate limits of the City, the initial or annual permit fees shall be two times the fees for <br /> piers or docks of the same classification situated within the corporate limits. <br /> Section 5. That Chapter 66 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, pd the same <br /> is hereby, modified and amended by adding a new Section 55. Said new Section 55 shall <br /> provide as follows: <br /> 55. ANNUAL PERMIT FEE ADJUSTMENT. Effective March 1, 2 D 17, and <br /> continuing annually on March 1 thereafter, all permit fees contained in Secti s 19.D., <br /> 19.G., 34. And 47.(1) of this Chapter will increase by 2.5 percent or by the annual <br /> percentage change of the U.S. Department of Labor Midwest Urban Consumer Price Index <br /> for each corresponding preceding January 1 to December 31 time period, whichever is <br /> greater, and rounded up to the next$0.50 increment. <br /> Section 6.
