Prior to the approval and release of the Final Plat, the construction o the <br /> private access road must be completed and approved by the Public orks <br /> Department, OR a Subdivision Bond in the amount of 120% of an <br /> approved Engineers Estimate for the work associated with the priva�e <br /> access road must be submitted to the City of Decatur OR language <br /> enumerated in sections C and D below shall be required on both the <br /> Owner's Declaration and the Final Plat for the Girl Scout Addition <br /> requiring the construction of the private access road prior to the <br /> development of Lot Three (3). <br /> C. If required as per section B, language on the Owner's Declarations all <br /> read as follows: "A private access road meeting city standards shall be <br /> completed and approved by the City of Decatur's Public Works <br /> Department prior to any development or construction occurring on or <br /> other public improvements being made to Lot Three (3). A Subdivision <br /> Bond in the amount of 120%of an approved engineer's estimate for the <br /> work associated with the private access road shall be provided prior to any <br /> development or construction occurring on or other public improvements <br /> being made to Lot Three (3)." <br /> D.
