6. SERVICE SHUT OFF. If any connection is made with, or any such main or lateral <br /> is tapped, without the payment of the applicable connection charge as herein provided, or if any <br /> such connection charge, or installment thereof, is provided, or if any such connection charge, or <br /> installment thereof, is not timely paid upon the due date thereof, a delinqueocy notice mayshall <br /> be directed to the owner or occupant of the premises served by the conne4tion to which such <br /> charge is applicable, and unless such delinquent charge, or charges, is, or are, paid in full within <br /> ten (10) days of the date of such notice, the Water Management De:partme�t mayshall turn off <br /> the supply of water to such service.
