(DAI) <br /> Professional Services Agreement <br /> Addendum <br /> Project City of Decatur Police Facility Project No. iSO058013 <br /> Additional Services—Technology, FF&E, Const.Administration Date September 10, 2013 <br /> As requested,we are proceeding with providing Professional Services in accordance with our Agreement <br /> dated January 30,2013 ,for the subject project. <br /> City of Decatur hereby authorizes DAI,to proceed with Additional Services as follows: <br /> TECHNOLOGY SERVICES <br /> Dewberry Architects Inc. may provide Technology Services for the systems/rooms as requested by the City of Decatur as <br /> defined further below. Final Technology Services shall be determined after further discussion between the City of Decatur <br /> and Design/Build Contractor. The Design/Build Contractor may perform a portion of the Technology Services noted <br /> below with the consultation of Dewberry Architects Inc. Dewberry Architects Inc. shall only be responsible for the actual <br /> scope of services designed,stamped and sealed. <br /> Access Control <br /> 1. No preference on manufacturer or model of access control system <br /> 2. System will be stand alone, not tied to any other facility <br /> 3. System will be used to secure exterior doors, prevent public from entering into staff areas,and separation and <br /> control of specific departments <br /> 4. System will be used to monitor when a room was accessed and by whom <br /> 5. Badging station is required allowing proximity cards to also be used as an ID <br /> 6. Location of controlled doors was reviewed. Quantity and locations were further identified during the <br /> development of the infrastructure package. At this time, a total of sixteen controlled indoor and outdoor doors <br /> were identified. Six additional monitored only exterior doors were identified. <br /> CCN <br /> 1. CCN system will be an expansion of an existing city wide CCTV system <br /> 7. Utilize ONSSI viewing and management software <br /> 8. City has an Enterprise license <br /> 9. Storage will be off-site on existing servers <br /> 10. IP based system is required <br /> 11. No preference on manufacturer <br /> 12. System comprised of fixed high resolution and ptz cameras. <br /> 13. Cameras will reside on a dedicated stand alone network. <br /> 14. Identified 13 camera locations. <br /> Interview Room <br /> 1. Network based system is required allowing for viewing over desk top <br /> 2. Ability to burn DVD at the desktop <br /> 3. Typical room requires a camera located opposite of witness/suspect <br /> 4. Ceiling mount microphone <br /> 5. Head end electronics will be located in data closet <br /> 6. Total of 10(ten) interview rooms. <br />
