F <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R2013-89 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> WITH CIRCLE CITY TAXI & DELIVERY, INC. FOR THE <br /> TRANSIT SYSTEM'S "OPERATION UPLIFT" <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal submitted by Circle City Taxi & Delivery, Inc. for <br /> furnishing taxi services to the Transit System under "Operation Uplift" be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal submitted by Circle City Taxi & Delivery, Inc. be accepted <br /> and an Agreement be executed accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
