R 2013-81 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROPOSAL <br /> NELSON PARK MASTER PLAN PERMIT APPLICATION PROPOSAL <br /> - EDGEWATER RESOURCES, LLC - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Proposal For Services by Edgewater Resources, LLC <br /> presented to the Council herewith regarding the Nelson Park USACE Permit Application <br /> for proposed improvements to Nelson Park and Basin 2 of Lake Decatur be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
