Funding Addenda <br /> It is the intent of the State that all or a portion of the costs of this project will be paid or <br /> reimbursed from the proceeds of tax-exempt bonds subsequently issued by the State. This <br /> provision in no way constitutes an obligation of the Department to use any particular funding or <br /> to confer a contractual or other right to demand that any particular funding be u$ed. <br />
