Payment Addenda <br /> Preliminary Engineering <br /> To reimburse the LOCAL AGENCY for 90% of the STATE'S share of the preliminary <br /> engineering costs upon approval of the LOCAL AGENCY /STATE Agreement and preliminary <br /> engineering agreement. The remaining 10% will be paid to the LOCAL AGENCY upon receipt <br /> of the final preliminary engineering bill and approval from the LOCAL AGENCY. <br />
