Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council <br /> meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> Funding for these services is for a fee not to exceed $39,988, bringing the total of the contract with <br /> URS to $1,438,702.35 and the overall total for the Agreement with IDOT of$1,466,000. This <br /> amount is wholly included in the $1.5M allocated to the City of Decatur by IDOT for the Brush <br /> College Underpass preliminary engineering. <br /> Upon IDOT approval of the amended Local Agency/ State Agreement,the City will receive 90% <br /> of the additional funds requested. Upon completion of the project, IDOT will send the City the <br /> remaining 10%of the entire contract amount. <br /> This money may only be spent on the Brush College Road Project under similar rules and <br /> procedures as Motor Fuel Tax funds.
