Each pay item should have a unit price and a total price. 2. The unit price shall govern if no total price is shown or if there is a discrepancy between the product of the unit price multiplied by the quantity. 3. All items shall be completed, and a bid will be declared unacceptable if neither a unit price nor a total price is shown. 4. Supplemental prices are included occasionally to establish unit prices. If supplemental items are included, they must indicate the respective unit price or the bid will be declared unacceptable. Supplemental items are not included in the total bid price. **A bid does not have to be submitted for each Division of work.
