CITY OF DECATUR , SPECIAL PROVISIONS SP-6 DRIVEWAYS (CONTINUED) ' Basis of Payment: Labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work adjacent to the driveways on the far west end of the project between 4:30pm Friday to 5:00am Monday will be paid under the contract unit price per SQUARE YARD for HIGH-EARLY- STRENGTH PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, 8". , Labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete work adjacent to all other driveways will be included in the contract unit price per SQUARE YARD for PORTLAND , CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, 8" (JOINTED) and no additional compensation will be paid. SP-7 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SIGNAL ' Description: Temporary traffic signals will be installed as shown on the plans. Traffic ' sensors will be installed to detect the presence of vehicles queued to leave each driveway. The signals shall operate in coordination to provide two phases per cycle with each phase serving either westbound or eastbound traffic. , Basis of Payment: All labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete this work item will be included in the contract unit price per EACH for TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SIGNAL ' and no additional compensation will be paid. SP-8 FARM PROGRESS SHOW ' Description: Decatur will host the farm progress show on August 27, 28 & 29, of 2013. , Between August 25 and August 31,L&A Industrial Drive shall be open to two way traffic and all material stockpiles, equipment, barricades, cones, or drums shall be removed from Brush College Road. No construction activities shall take place at this time. Construction activities may , resume after August 31 Basis of Payment: All labor and materials necessary to comply with this special provision will not be paid for separately but will be included with the related work items.
