16.5 Titles of Paragraphs. Titles of the several parts, paragraphs, sections or articles of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only, and shall be disregarded in construing or interpreting any provision hereof. 16.6 Notices. Box 1069 Quincy,IL 62306 or to the last known address of either party or to the address provided by any assignee if such address has been given in writing. In the event said notice is mailed, the date of service of such notice shall be deemed to be two (2) business days after the date of delivery of said notice to the United States Post Office. 16.7 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. 16.8 Project Sign. Prior to commencement of construction of the Project, the Redeveloper shall place at the front of the Project a Project identification sign which sign shall contain the following: (a) A colored elevation view of the Project being constructed; (b) A listing of the Project team including the City; and (c) A brief two (2)or three (3)line description of the Project. 16.9 Memorandum of Agreement. At either party's request, the parties shall execute and record a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to the Project and the Project Site in the form attached as Exhibit_5. 21
