I, <br /> 16.10 Further Assistance and Corrective Instruments. The City and the Redeveloper <br /> agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or <br /> cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and <br /> such further instruments as may reasonably be required by the parties hereto for <br /> carrying out the intention of or facilitating the performance of this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE XVII: REDEVELOPER'S CONDITONS <br /> 17.1.1 RedeveIoper's Conditions.
