S. Responsibilities of Client. <br /> r <br /> a. Fees and Compensation to FirsTech. <br /> i. Client shall allow APA's to charge Client's customers a Convenience Fee of any amount deemed <br /> reasonable by APA with a minimum fee of$ 1.50 per customer account credited at the point of <br /> sale, of which FirsTech shall receive a portion as agreed per each customer account credited. <br /> Fees due FirsTech shall be debited from each APA Bank Account each Processing Day. <br /> ii. Subsequent to the initial development of the Remittance Collection Software, programming <br /> changes, including but not limited to planning, development and testing, which are requested <br /> by Client shall be charged at the all-inclusive rate of$85 per hour. A Statement of Work shall <br /> be submitted to Client for approval prior to commencement of any programming change. <br /> iii.
