7. Mechanical, electrical,plumbing and civil engineering site visits as requested by the Cite. <br /> S. Dewberry shall not have involvement with the preparation or processing of Change Orders. site <br /> visits to conduct punch lists or site visits to determine substantial completion and shall not be <br /> responsible for compiling owner manuals or written warranties. <br /> 9. Dewberry shall not have control over, charge of, or responsibility for the construction <br /> means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and <br /> programs in connection with the work, nor shall Dewberry be responsible for the Design <br /> Build Entity's failure to perform the work in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> construction documents. <br /> Additional Services: <br /> Services not set forth above as included in the Scope of Services shall be considered Additional Services. <br /> Additional Services include but are not limited to the following: <br /> • Architectural or Engineering services to provide a complete set of construction documents <br /> • Structural Engineering <br /> • Technology Services, including Security Electronics and Audio Visual beyond that defined above, <br /> and including locating data connection points for City provided equipment <br /> • Landscape .Architecture <br /> • Furniture Package. Signage and Wavfindino <br /> • Cost Estimating <br /> • LEED Services <br /> • Commissioning Services <br /> • Topographic or Boundary Surveys <br /> • Geotechnical Services <br /> • As Built or Record Drawings <br /> Additional services, if requested by the City, can be provided on an hourly basis in accordance with the <br /> attached Standard Hourly Rates,or as negotiated with the City. <br /> Schedule: <br /> The anticipated schedule for the performance of services is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> Compensation: <br /> Compensation for services shall be provided as defined below: <br /> Criteria Documents Phase: Stipulated Sum of$25,000 <br /> Design Build Document Phase: Stipulated Sum of$ 28,000 <br /> Construction Support Phase: Final scope of work and compensation to be <br /> determined at a later date <br /> Additional Services: As negotiated <br /> Reimbursable Expenses: Time and material basis at the cost incurred <br /> by Dewberry times a 1.10 multiplier <br /> C-P Dewberry= <br />
