2. Prepare updated site and building plans to a design development level on an Architectural basis. <br /> Narrative system descriptions and performance criteria will be provided for mechanical, electrical, <br /> plumbing,fire protection, civil, technology and security systems. Technology and security <br /> deliverables will be developed to determine conduit requirements for the Design Build Entity as the <br /> equipment will be purchased by the City. <br /> 3. Prepare room data sheets for all typical and/or special room requirements. <br /> 4. Prepare equipment lists of all Contractor Furnished/Contractor Installed, Owner <br /> Furnished/Contractor Installed; and Owner Furnished/Owner Installed equipment <br /> 5. Prepare specifications of sufficient detail to describe the performance of work and level of quality <br /> the facilities are to be designed and construction to by the Design Build Entity. <br /> 6. Participate in workshops with the Design Build Entity—two(2)meetings in schematic design and <br /> design development. <br /> 7. Prepare Criteria Drawings and provide to the Design Build Entity. Define Criteria Drawings <br /> 8. Prepare addenda to Criteria Drawings if required and provide to the Design Build Entity. <br /> 9. The Criteria Drawings shall not be completed for the purpose of detailed construction <br /> documentation and shall be schematic in nature. Interdisciplinary coordination, and quality <br /> assurance for the purpose of providing a set of detailed construction drawings required for <br /> construction, shall be the responsibility of the Design Build Entity. <br /> B. Design Build Document Phase: <br /> Provide limited architectural services and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering services to: <br /> 1. Answer questions and provide clarifications of Criteria Documents. <br /> 2. Participate in evaluation of changes, substitutions and value engineering items proposed by the <br /> Design Build Entity. <br /> 3. Review the final Construction Documents prepared by the Design Build Entity for conformance <br /> with the Criteria Documents. <br /> 4. Dewberry shall not be responsible to stamp or seal the final Construction Documents as part of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> C. Construction Support Phase: <br /> Provide limited architectural services and mechanical,electrical, plumbing and civil engineering services to: <br /> 1. Review construction submittals of Design-Builder for the limited purpose of checking for <br /> conformance with the Criteria Drawings. Review of such submittals is not for the purpose <br /> of determining the accuracy and completeness of other information such as dimensions. <br /> quantities, and installation or performance of equipment or systems, which are the Design <br /> Build Entity's responsibility. <br /> 2. Review internal Design Build Entity requests for information for conformance with the <br /> requirements of the Criteria Drawings. <br /> 3. Provide input regarding evaluation of change requests, value engineering or other proposals and <br /> unforeseen conditions or questions by the Design-Builder based on the requirements of the Criteria <br /> Drawings. <br /> 4. Participate in partnering or problem solving sessions as required. <br /> 5. Architectural services to attend on-site meetings and make site visits on a regular basis to observe <br /> the construction progress—two (2) per month. <br /> 6. Represent the City of Decatur at monthly construction meetings and report to City Council on a <br /> regular basis—one(I)per month and meeting shall coincide with on-site meetings defined above. <br /> Dewberry <br />
