TASK ORDER NO. 21 FOR <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED JUNE 16,2003 <br /> WHEREAS, an Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 hereinafter <br /> referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect between the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) and Black&Veatch <br /> Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services subject to the Agreement was expanded previously <br /> with Task Order No. 19 to include engineering services related to identifying and <br /> developing emergency raw water supply alternatives for the South Water Treatment <br /> plant; <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services for Task Order No. 19 is being further expanded with <br /> this Task Order No. 21; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, <br /> Owner and Engineer agree to amend Task Order No. 19 with this Task Order No. 21. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Task Order No. 21 and its <br /> effective date shall be February 5, 2013. <br /> CITY OF DECATUR BLACK&VEATCH <br /> �4OWNER ENG ER <br /> By: r By: <br /> Michael T.
