R 2012-155 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT <br /> PAY AND BENEFITS <br /> - AFSCME LOCAL 268 AND DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Collective Bargaining Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Council 31, American Federation of State, County and <br /> Municipal Employees, on behalf of AFSCME Local 268 representing the Decatur Public <br /> Library, for salary and benefits effective May 1, 2012, through April 30, 2017 be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
