Design Services Amendment
The current design services agreement with Homer L. Chastain&Associates, LLP has expended its
authorized funding. In order for Chastain to provide an in-depth review of the project and make
potential cost reducing changes, additional funding is required. The funding will be from
the Motor Fuel Tax Fund.
SCHEDULE:
Rejecting the bids and reissuing the project will delay the start of work until mid September.
