RESOLUTION NO. R2012-13 8 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br /> FUND ALLOCATION FOR THE <br /> ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FY 2012/2013 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the allocation of the Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership funds as outlined in the FY2012/2013 <br /> Annual Action Plan be, and the same are, hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreements on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2012. <br /> MICHAEL T.
