RESOLUTION NO. R 2 012-12 6 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, <br /> GOLF ACQUISITION GROUP, LLC, D/B/A GOLF CONSTRUCTION <br /> PARKING GARAGES B & C REPAIRS PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2011-02 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract between Golf Acquisition Group, LLC, D/B/A Golf <br /> Construction, and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended to <br /> authorize Change Order No. 1 in the amount of$400,550; and a not-to-exceed project cost of <br /> $2,056,726. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Order No. 1, on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described Contract are germane to said <br /> Contract, as signed, and such Change Orders are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and <br /> are authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
