We have estimated the hours and fees <br /> detailing our professional services for the following scope of work (exhibit A). <br /> Utility Coordination <br /> This work consists of coordination with affected utilities within the project limits to determine <br /> the impacts to their facilities. Utilities include; storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, power <br /> lines, communication lines and gas lines. This work includes field inspection,J.U.L.I.E. locate <br /> coordination, record drawing review, and construction conflict assistance. <br /> Topographic Surveys <br /> This work consists of the collection of topographic data for the preparation of construction <br /> plans for the proposed improvements. This work consists primarily of surveying the newly <br /> constructed Water Street sidewalks and curb and gutter. <br /> Plans &Specifications <br /> This work consists of the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for the <br /> improvements. Spreadsheets are attached with an itemized list of tasks for each phase of the <br /> project. <br /> Project Management &Administration <br /> This work consists of assisting the City with the bidding process, including correspondence <br /> relating to bidding questions, reviewing and tabulating bids and preparation of a written <br /> recommendation to the City Council for award of the project. Also, preparation, attendance <br /> and documentation of meetings with the City.
