Design Standards
To prepare a set of Design Standards to be used for future streetscape improvements as well as
the maintenance and repair of the improved downtown streetscape. These will be prepared
in concert with Massie Massie and Associates.
Sub Consultant Design Services
This work consists of necessary sub-surface foundation and structural design, electrical design
for Central Park entertainment type facilities and lighting, and minimum Transfer House
improvements provided by Architectural Expressions, LLP. Since the extent of this work is not
yet known, this item is shown as a reimbursable expense and will be billed on a time and
material basis. An estimated cost is provided in the proposal.
Services not included
1.The need for boundary surveys and/or easements are not anticipated, therefore no time has
been included in this estimate.
2. The preparation of documents for alternate bids.
5. Study or design for restroom facilities in Central Park or adjacent properties.
Our proposal is for an estimated contract amount of$82,411.57. A spreadsheet is enclosed
providing additional cost breakdowns for the tasks associated with the work to be performed.
