Show all property lines and easement lines. <br /> b. Define limits of improvements to be made based on baseline <br /> station and offset inforination. <br /> c. Define elevations of improvements to be made based on vertical <br /> profile utilizing as-built design elevations and benchmarks <br /> established on the Record drawings. <br /> d. Show all existing structures and any adjustments required. <br /> e. Show all existing trees and removal limits. <br /> f. Show all documented eroded areas and mitigation measures. <br /> 2 Prepare Cross Section Sheets <br /> a. Show proposed and existing cross sections at 100 foot intervals <br /> (approx 96 sections) and select locations based on baseline <br /> stationing and cross sections from the Record Drawings and the <br /> 2012 Topographic Survey. <br /> b. Calculate earthwork required at each cross section. <br /> 3 Prepare Miscellaneous Design Details <br /> a. Prepare details showing the required modifications to the existing <br /> drainage structures. <br /> 4 Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Permits <br /> a. Show temporary measures required. <br /> b. Show permanent measures to be provided. <br /> c. Assist the City of Decatur with the Permit forms. <br /> 5 Prepare Summary and Schedule of Quantities in IDOT format <br /> 6 Prepare Technical Specifications <br /> 7 Prepare Engineer's Estimate of Construction Cost <br />
