Exhibit A <br /> Tasks 20310 through 20325— Construction Phase— URS—SDD Sewer <br /> The following tasks will be performed for items relating to the Sanitary District of Decatur Sewer <br /> and Sewer Supports: <br /> 1. Respond to requests for information (RFIs) relating to the sewer bridge steel fabrication <br /> and construction of the sewer support piers. Nine (9) hours have been budgeted for this <br /> task. (See Item 5.) <br /> 2. Review shop drawings associated with the sewer bridge. When all drawings are <br /> approved, shop drawings will be distributed to the following: <br /> a. Fabricator <br /> b. City Engineer <br /> c. Contractor <br /> d. Sanitary District of Decatur <br /> 3. Respond to construction phase questions relating to the sewer bridge and sewer pipe <br /> supports. Eighteen (18) hours have been budgeted for this task. (See Item 5.) <br /> 4. Check construction layout and associated items relating to the sanitary sewer when <br /> requested by the City of Decatur. Eight (8) hours have been budgeted for a 2-person <br /> survey crew for this task. (See Item 5.) <br /> 5. In the event that the total budget allocated for items 1, 3, and 4 is exceeded, additional <br /> hours and fee will need to be negotiated with the City of Decatur. <br /> Task 30200—Construction Phase—BGM—City Sanitary Sewer <br /> The following tasks will be performed by BGM: <br /> 1. Attend Pre-Construction Conference if required. <br /> 2. Review shop drawings associated with the City sanitary sewer and pump station. <br /> 3. Provide on-site observation of the construction of the City sanitary sewer when <br /> requested by the City of Decatur. Three (3) hours have been budgeted for this task. (See <br /> Item 5.) <br /> 4. Respond to construction phase questions regarding the City sanitary sewer and pump <br /> station. Six (6) hours have been budgeted for this task. (See Item 5.) <br /> 5. In the event that the total budget allocated for items 3 and 4 is exceeded, additional hours <br /> and fee will need to be negotiated with the City of Decatur. <br /> Task 30300—Construction Phase—BGM —Sanitary District of Decatur(SDD) Sewer <br /> The following tasks will be performed by BGM: <br /> 1.
