R2012-89 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR CHANGE ORDER 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH URS <br /> CORPORATION FOR FINAL DESIGN OF THE SOUTH SHORES BRIDGE OVER <br /> THE SANDCREEK ARM OF LAKE DECATUR ALLOCATION OF <br /> MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-05 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between URS Corporation and the City of Decatur for <br /> the final design of the South Shores Bridge over the Sand Creek Arm of Lake Decatur be, <br /> and the same is hereby modified to authorize a Change Order for an additional cost of <br /> $27,000; said cost to be paid from Motor Fuel Tax Funds, for a total contract amount not to <br /> exceed $246,200. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such Change <br /> Order as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to said <br /> agreement, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and are <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
